Hisense Central Air Conditioning has a training center that covers 12,000 m2, including more than 10 multi-functional training rooms such as multimedia training rooms, real unit practicing rooms, and general training classrooms. Since its establishment, the company has always taken training as one of its fundamental works, to enhance the capabilities of employees, to help partners to improve the required technical skills, and respond to customer training needs at any time is what we continue to do. Every year, we take training for more than 9,000 people for Chinese local employees and customers, and more than 2,000 people for customers in more than 30 countries and regions around the world. Along with the increase in the company's business, the quantity and quality of training are rapidly improving.
