On the 3rd of March, Hisense VRF technical support department organized training to learn about the knowledge related to corrosion, all technical support engineer, after-sales service engineer, and some salespeople, totally 39 people from the different branch office joined this training.
We studied 6 types of corrosion environment case by case, including sea, colliery, chemical plant, etc. We have learned about how to identify a corrosion phenomenon, why can it happen, and how to do anti-corrosion treatment.
With this knowledge, for projects located in a special environment, our sales and technical people can make a better proposal for customers, and service people can identify the corrosion reason more quickly.
From 10th to 11th Oct 2019, Hisnese VRF held a technical training seminar in the HQ of Hisense group, a charming coastal city --- Qingdao, China, customers from Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa totally about 70 people attended this seminar.
On the first day of the seminar, all participants have visited Hisese VRF R&D center, Hisense group showroom, and Hisense VRF manufacturing center. In the evening, Hisense VRF hosted a grand welcoming dinner for guests from afar, attended by the company's senior leaders, and communicated with customers in a cordial and friendly manner.
On the next day, HisenseVRF products, technical service support, and a series of product application topics were shared. In the evening, relaxed and happy buffet meeting, let everyone eliminate the day's fatigue, while enjoying delicious, let each other's friendship a step closer. Through the training platform, the distance between the factory end and the market end is narrowed, and mutual understanding and trust are enhanced.
